We need AI to enhance data
There are many courthouses and many ways to make a mistake in the data research business. We’re training AI models to help us increase our accuracy to over 99.9% so that we can provide legal data faster, for less.
-
We started data research with a 100% manual process. Primarily large, private clients, with large volumes of criminal records and request, averaging around $10 per case study.
-
We successfully automated the first major step in our data research business in 2024 and are currently training AI models to automate and enhance our research. For the business plan listed below to be achievable, it is necessary for AI and ML to be the core of our business operation. You can now submit individual requests for criminal background records, but the process is not fully automated yet. The process is $15-35 per individual and usually takes two business days.
-
We’re building advanced AI to transform how public records are accessed—automating intake, extraction, and reporting with machine learning models that cut costs by 95% and deliver results in seconds. Individuals will request records instantly, and companies can scale with smart subscriptions.
But this is just the beginning.
Our models will transcribe courtroom audio with greater accuracy than human clerks, intelligently link fragmented data (aliases, SSNs, DLNs), and unlock public records trapped behind broken systems. We believe the messiness of the court system holds hidden insights—and AI is the key to revealing them.
Example of AI labeling and understanding a real legal record. This image is not remotely available due to current technical constraints of the court systems and is one of the processes that we are automating, which requires AI and ML at its foundation.
Business Plan - Phase One
Use that data from our existing business and combine with additional data to train processors and AI models on the vast array of legal documents and records.
Refine the AI models and continue to train until achieving certain bench marks.
Test new interfaces and instances while setting measurable standards for the machine learning and AI goals.
Leverage AI to increase efficiency of training and sift through data, which otherwise would not be humanly possible.
Branch out to more markets and new products/services as the AI models become production ready!
Pricing
Our current pricing ranges from $10–$35 per name, with most volume driven by enterprise clients and limited availability for individual users. As we deploy AI and machine learning to automate intake, extraction, and reporting, our goal is to reduce costs by a minimum of 95%.
This will enable more accessible pricing for individuals—including affordable one-time requests—and flexible subscription tiers for businesses, tailored to usage volume. Over time, we envision expanding into new markets with potential freemium options or tiered models that lower the barrier to entry for solo practitioners, journalists, and researchers.
